Daily deliveries guaranty fresh and tasty products – French prawns, sea urchins, crayfishes from fishpond, bass, bright sole, turbot from the Atlantic. And to taste some delicious oysters when you fancy it, the bar remains open and offers you a wide range of species – oysters from Britain and Normandy, or fattened oysters that have got their delicate taste.
