Paris Airports pickup and city transfers - Charles de Gaulle / Orly Airports and Gare du Nord Train Station

Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) is located 35 km  (21 miles)from Paris centre and Orly airport (ORY) 19 km (11 miles).

Paris Airports Info:

 

Charles de Gaulle is the primary airport for international and long flights, as well as many low cost carriers. Orly serves domestic flights and international destinations in Southern Europe and around the Mediterranean.

 

Both airports offer taxi, train and bus transportation but our advice is to book before arrival a private transfer thru our shuttle services: it’s faster, easier and really less expensive.

 

 We also offer private transfer from and to Gare du Nord Train Station (Eurostar Terminal).

 

 The transfer services are available from 4am until 12-midnight, 7 days a week. Book a private car up to 4 people or a private minivan up to 8 people.

My husband is in a manual folding wheelchair. We are visiting Paris on 21st June for 4 days and will require a taxi from the EuroStar to the hotel in Halle. Will it be possible to get a regular taxi from the station or do we need to prebook a special taxi? What would the appropriate cost be?

I tried to book a transfer for 25th May, i.e. 2 days from now. The recommended links on this page all had their first date as 26th, so apparently a booking needs to be made 3 days in advance (which is stated nowhere other than finding out the hard way)
