THE CHEF - Anne-Sophie Pic was born in 1969 in Valencia and grew up in the world of gastronomy. As a child she lived just above kitchens but she only discovered her talent for cooking much later. She first directed here attention to management studies in Paris, before working in New York and Japan. It was only in 1992, when her father expired, that Anne-Sophie Pic took up the management of the family restaurant.
HIGH-FLYING LADY - Anne-Sophie Pic offers to enter her gourmet world, two watchwords here: fragrance and flavors. These two secret ingredients accompany all of her creations and arouse your senses in the most elegant manner possible.
