In a beautiful minimalist and mineral “casket” Gyoza Bar is the first of a kind in Paris.
Opened in 2012 by Shinichi Sato the chef of the gastronomic restaurant “Passage 53” (2 Michelin stars) - just 10 meters away - Gyoza Bar is a little marvel of simplicity and quality. On the menu a very simple choice: 8 (7€) or 12 gyozas (9€), rice and some drinks.
Gyozas made of exquisite pig are perfectly roasted and accompanied by a sauce nicely spiced up.
Good and not expensive, ideal for a small greedy break.
