Pascal Trotté is one of the best “fromagers” of the Marais district. The shop is really narrow but has an incredible selection of the most delicious cheeses.
You go there is you like goat cheeses : over 40 varieties and if you like Comté of which Pascal Trotté is particularly proud of, Saint-Marcelin, Saint-Nectaire, Roquefort, Reblochon, Brie de Meaux, Tomme de Savoie and of course the famous Camembert.
