Poîlane - Paris

Pierre Poîlane opened its first bakery in Paris in 1932.  It became quickly one of the greatest reference in bakery as well in Paris as in France, immediately known for its famous bread baked in wood-fired ovens: le Pain Poîlane used to make “tartine” that is typical bistrot sandwiches ..  

We love both bread and pastries and specially the absolutely delicious apple tarts… hummm.. Irresistible!!
