A prepayment deposit is due before arrival by credit card, bank transfer or via online payment services within 72 hours after booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled by the manager. The owner will send you the necessary information for the prepayment.
The balance is to be paid upon arrival via a secured online payment service.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, the cleaning fees will be charged anyway.
Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance or if you expect to arrive outside check-in times as well as your mode of transport. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.
Please note that arrivals after 20:30 are only possible after informing the property at least 12 hours in advance. If this is not done, the reservation will not be refunded.
