When would you like to stay ?

You are kindly asked to contact the agency directly after booking to obtain instructions for the key collection. If you don't arrange the meeting with the agency 24 hours before your arrival day, check-in will not be possible. If a second appointment for check-in needs to be set, the agency will charge an extra EUR 100 charge.

Please note that if you want to check-in from 21:00 to 23:30 an appointment to collect the keys needs to be set and the agency will charge a EUR 60 fee for this.

Please note that check-in is not possible from 23:30 to 9:00.

For check-in on Sundays the agency will charge a EUR 50 charge.

Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a rental contract with the agency.

Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least one week before arrival. Please inform Design and charm top floor studio in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
