When would you like to stay ?

Guests are required to show a photo identification which corresponds to the name used to make the reservation.

Payment in cash or by credit card is accepted.

Please note that payment by credit card is only accepted with a credit card in the name of the person who made the reservation, along with corresponding photo ID. Please note that if the ID and the credit card details doesn't match the informations provided on the booking confirmation, the property reserves the right to refuse the access to the flat upon arrival.

Check-in and check out outside reception opening hours are possible for a EUR 50 fee.

In case of delay at your arrival, please contact your host on his mobile phone at least 1 hour before the meeting. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not warned your host, a EUR 50 fee will apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
