I have used your skin care and cosmetics for some thirty years now. Do you remember the way the mascara used to be? It was creamier and on a metal wand.
There were no filaments and there was no flaking. It was like painting your lashes. You had to give it a moment to dry but it stayed put and was gentle to yor lashes.

I have searched and bought so many mascaras including every one of your mascaras. They all clump and flake. I wear your eye cream and I am not giving up my eye cream for the mascara.

Recently, I discovered Neutrogena Natureluxe Mousse Mascara. It is great, it is similar to the original Chanel mascara. And it does not flake and end up all over your face. It stays put because it goes on wet.

I would rather use your mascara. Please introduce a new wet mascara that does not have all of the filaments just color. You used to have beautiful colored mascaras. I loved the navy, burgundy, and purple. Also, with so many people wearing contacts, they cannot wear a mascara that has filaments. They irritate the eye.

Do you not think that it is about time to bring back the wet look mascara and you can be the first. This new generation does not know about the wet look mascara.

Thank you for keeping me young for all of these years, I am now 64 and constantly told I could pass for 40 or 50 something.

I will be waiting and watching for that new wet look mascara!!!!!
