Lost on 14th February 2018. I placed this in the in grey tray when going through security (Terminal 2D). The staff made me use 5 separate trays for boots, coat, toiletries, scarves & IPad. Once through they cleared the trays very quickly so I assumed these were empty. Seems my IPad was still there. Please contact me if found at nikki.thatcher50@googlemail.com
DO NOT EXPECT HELP IF YOU HAVE A LOST ITEM AT CDG AIRPORT
- ELIZABETH SENSER
(26 Mar 2018 - 22:30)
TODAY MY SON ERRONEOUSLY LEFT HIS CARRY ON BAG ON THE CURB OUTSIDE OF TERMINAL 2. HE WAS DIRECTED TO THE LOST AND FOUND OFFICE AT THE CDG TRAIN STATION BY THE INFORMATION COUNTER. APPARENTLY THE GENTLEMAN AT THE INFORMATION COUNTER WAS NOT HIGHLY SKILLED IN ENGLISH (WHICH SEEMS RIDICULOUS) BUT DID SAY "A BLACK BAG HAD BEEN FOUND" AND TO GO TO THE L&F OFFICE. THERE HE WAS TOLD NOTHING HAD BEEN TURNED IN AND THAT IF IT HAD BEEN FOUND IT MAY SHOW UP LATER. I CAN ONLY SAY WE WERE BEYOND FRUSTRATED (BASICALLY A LANGUAGE BARRIER + CULTURAL DIFFERENCE ISSUE). IT WOULD SEEM IF A STRAY BAG IS FOUND IT WOULD/COULD POSE A SECURITY RISK AND THE POLICE OR AT LEAST AIRPORT SECURITY WOULD BE INVOLVED. TRIED CALLING ALL THE NUMBERS TO THE TUNE OF RECORDINGS AND RINGING PHONES NEVER ANSWERED!!! OH! BE AWARE THEY CLOSE THE ONE AND ONLY LOST AND FOUND OFFICE FOR LUNCH FROM 12PM - 1PM!!! HAVE I LANDED ON ANOTHER PLANET???

I lost my original document folder (Dark Blue color) at Paris Airport while passing through transition security check. I have inquired about it at the Air port but no result. Also registered FIR for it but there is no feedback.
I am sure it misplaced at security check where as lady police has taken out that folder & ask about it. I suspect or sure that she didn't put back in same bag.
My humble request you to please check CCTV or use other way to find out the same because inside its all original documents.

Lost Wallet
- D. Smith
(11 Oct 2017 - 21:15)
On 7/22/17, I lost my wallet at the convenience store in the airport. Had my credit cards and identification. Your desk contact confirmed that you 'do' indeed have it. I'd like it returned to me asap but am having EXTREME difficulty getting someone to assist me. The day I learned it was missing, my flight back home to the States was in just a few minutes and your airport told me I'd never be able to walk a 1/2 hour to your lost & found, retrieve my wallet, and still make it to my flight on time. You told me to fill out a form online... that's your process. I did that.. but haven't received a response in days! Phone number is automated.. no one answers. I urgently need my wallet with drivers license, credit cards, etc. but no one will speak with me on the PHONE to resolve this matter. If necessary, I'll pay to have it shipped to me? I need my belongings returned to me ASAP. Please respond to my original request, or this post ASAP. Thank you.

Can someone please tell me where the Terminal 2 lost items department is at the airport? I would also appreciate a good phone number for this department. Stolen Wallet on Metro on way to CDG
- MMcSweeney
(11 Oct 2017 - 21:15)
My wallet was stolen on the No. 4 Metro train on way to Charles De Gaulle airport Monday 10th July. I didn't realise it was stolen until I was on the next (A) train. When I got to Terminal 1 we asked an 'information' lady who was chatting to 3 Policemen, where can we file a police report about the stolen wallet? After some discussion between her and the policemen, she said I had to report it in the Terminal 2 Police Office. So I and my family got back on the Shuttle to Terminal 2. At the Police Office there we were told we'd have to go back to Terminal 1 and report it after checking in our bags. But when we checked in and went through the scanners etc, we couldn't find the Police office and got the run-around from various security / staff as to where it was. We gave up in the end. The frustrating thing is that if you want to claim from your travel insurance, you need a policy report!

Lost little boys blue rabbit
- Lyn suddes
(5 Jul 2017 - 09:00)
Hi my name is Lyn Suddes and I am an adoptive parent to My 6 year old son Aaron and 5 year old daughter Lilly. I know this is a long shot but I and my little boy are hoping to enlist your help. On Friday evening 24th February our family were flying back from a halfterm break in Euro Disney. Our flight was a Flybe flight from Charles De Gaulle Paris gate L33 departing at 20:50 flying to Manchester arriving at 21:20. My little boy was just under a year old when he came to live with us, he knows he wasn't born from my tummy but we tell him he came wrapped like a present in a box. When he came to live with us the only item he came with was a small (approx 20cm) pale blue soft/beanie rabbit with floppy ears and an internal rattle. 6 years down the line this little rabbit has travelled far and wide, is well worn and now even has a circular cotton patch stitched on to its belly to repair worn fabric. As you can imagine my son is distraught but not for himself for the simple fact that his beloved B (as we call him) is missing and lost somewhere by himself. Me and my husband on the other hand are distraught for him and the attachment set back it has brought back in to his life. We have registered lost and found at Paris and Manchester and know he had it on the air bridge at the gate as we were waiting to embark at CDG and definitely did not have it as we disembarked at Manchester so the only 2 places it could be were either on the air bridge or on the plane. Fly be said they checked the plane (it was an Air France plane) but did not see it. Our only saving grace is that anyone else on our flight may have picked it up or one of there children. We don't live in Manchester we live in Telford Shropshire so this seems the only way to make the people of Manchester aware of our plight. We have shared on Facebook on my husbands page Anthony Suddes but don't know enough people to make it go viral. Please please help my adopted little boy bring B home. Kind Regards Lyn Suddes. Can provide a photo if required

Lost Lap top
- bobrendaowen95@gmail.com
(16 Nov 2016 - 09:00)

I hope you can help me. I left my laptop computer on the scanner belt when I was going through the airport.

I arrived from Dubai by Air France around 6:00 am on Friday morning, October 28.. I was in Terminal 2 going to gate M 28 for a flight on Delta to Cincinnati, Ohio. I was in Aisle 1 or 2. As I was going through customs there was a change of shifts. Part of my belongings were left in the scanner so as I waited for the next security man to finish the scanning process, I think I must have gotten distracted. Because I did not pick up my computer. I was very tired as well from lack of sleep.

It is a silver Dell Inspiron laptop computer 15 inches by 10 inches. You should find the following 15-5547 reg model - P39F. These numbers are found in the left and right corner on the back of the computer. When you turn on the computer my picture comes up with the name Brenda Owen. There is a fall scene in the back ground with a man walking down a path.

We have called the airport many times but since the lost and found is located in terminal 1 and 3 only we are not sure we are contacting the correct person.

If you happened to be in Terminal 2 going through the scanner and know anything will you please write me at bobrendaowen95@gmail.com. I hope they picked it up and stored it somewhere safe until it is claimed. We have made phone calls and sent emails both in French and English but have heard nothing. I am so disappointed in the lost and found services at the airport.

I am sick that this has happened. And I pray someone can help me find my computer.

Sincerely,

Brenda Owen

Lost purse at CDG Terminal 2g
- jenny
(16 Jan 2016 - 12:00)
this is so discouraging! I left my purse accidentally at Berts restaurant in terminal 2G. There was no money to speak of, and no cards in it either. Just my makeup bag, prescription glasses, car keys and a hat for my daughter and myself...items that are worthless to anyone but myself. I'm not sure why anyone would decide to keep it! Trying to see if I know anyone flying through that terminal that can physically check on my bag for me!

lost laptop
- mila_mms@yahoo.com
(5 Oct 2015 - 18:00)
I forgot my laptop at the security check point and did not have time to go back and take it. I filled the online form, got a confirmation it has been recieved, sent several mails and tried to reach them thru phone, no luck so far. I read they send the lost properties to a police station in Paris after 15 days. There is a company which may collect the item and send it to you, but needs a reference number from Lost and found desk...so it is a catch 22. I have the bad feeling we are not going to hear anything for our lost belongings.

Awful attitude of cashier at RELAY CDG 1 sat 5 zsd Gate 52
- Michelle
(27 May 2015 - 10:45)
Pay attention to how much you ended up paying at the cashier!

At a RELAY kiosk at the Gate 52 Terminal 1 Thursday May 14 at 14:26pm, I bought two identical boxes of chocolates, whose price was displayed at 12.70 each . When I got the change and the receipt, the price turned out to be 13.50 each at the shelf. The small difference in price was not an issue, but the attitude shown by the clerk was, which made me go to the bottom of this. When I challenged the difference in [prices, the clerk said it was the price for the plastic bag (which comes with a purchase anyway). I gave the bag back, she "threw" 10 centiem at me. I didn't back off but insisted that 10 centieme didn't add up. Then, another clerk joined the lady and both kind of ganged up on me, shouting at me "the price (displayed in the shef) is wrong. Wrong.wrong. wrong. we don't know. we don't know. Go! Go (away)!" while waving her arm right at my face as if I were an ignorant and ill-behaving tourist.

As a resident in Paris, I get this kind of attitude all the time at the least expected circumstances. What I am surprised in this case though is that this happens in an airport duty free shop, where decency and honesty come with the territory.

I wonder how long this kiosk has been cheating customers mostly likely in a rush not being able to afford to pay an attention to this kind of cheating scheme.

Had to transfer to another plane at CDG and my large case fully tagged and labeled was stolen as it went on the trolly. AIR FRANCE SHUTTLE BUS FROM CDG TO PARIS
- NAV
(2 Sep 2014 - 09:30)
MY FAMILY USED THIS BUS FROM CENTRAL PARIS TO CDG, WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE 45 MINS NO PROBLEM, AFTER GETTING ON BOARD SEVERAL MINS LATER THE BUS HAD A PUNCTURE.WE UNDERSTOOD THIS AND WERE ADVISED ANOTHER BUS WOULD BE HERE ASAP. 25 MINS LATER WE STILL DID NOT LEAVE THE DESTINATION HENCE LEAVING US VERY LATE AND MISSING OUR FLIGHT AND MADE TO PAY/CATVCH THE NEXT ONE 24HRS LATER. NOT FUNNY WHEN YOU GOT TWO SCREAMING INFANTS WITH YOU. WHAT SHOULD OF BEEN A SIMPLE JOURNEY FROM PARIS TO CDG ENDED UP COSTING US SO MUCH BECAUSE OF THE LAZY RELAXED CARE FREE ATTITUDE OF AIR FRANCE DRIVERS WHO SHOULD OF TOLD US THE REPLACEMENT BUS WOULD BE LATE, THAT WAY WE WOULD OF ZOOMED IN A TAXI
Note: airfrance shuttle bus in principle is good but allow time for their relaxed uncommunicative ways.
Air France misplace luggage problems & no answer at airport
- Suzanne
(2 Sep 2014 - 09:30)
Not only did Air France misplace a large bag of mine and it take two weeks to get it back, with no updates along the way as to what had been done to look for it, despite my checking in regularly to the phone number and website to ascertain any progress only to see nothing at all, but due to the stress of the moment, when I was in Charles De Gaulle airport reporting the bag missing, I accidentally left behind my wallet. As of realising this, the first thing I did upon returning home in London was try to report it missing. The only option I could find was an email for lost objects at: objetstrouvescdj2@adp.fr. I emailed this address twice and to date, 2 wks later have received not any response at all.

I also called the Lost and found number on the CDG website and it does not even work. There is no voicemail or anything. It just goes blank: 00 33 821 00 25 25. Failing that I called the general number for CDG and it took 15 minutes for the man on the other end to understand my issue and when he did he suggested calling the Lost baggage office of Air France at CDG, which I did, only for it to ring incessantly and no one pick up and no answering machine: 331 5569 8468. He also gave me an email to write about the situation: adpweb@adp.fr. He explained that this is the management team for the airport.

Is CDG, an airport in one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, really so backwards as this, that a person who has lost something can't actually speak to someone in a Lost and Found office? Furthermore, one would think that in this day and age of hyper-technology, that a simple system for keeping a worried customer informed as to the progress of a search for their lost baggage would have been developed, instead of a dead silence until and unless the bag is by some miracle located. I still do not even know where it was eventually found and why it took 2 weeks to get to me. Not having it greatly impacted my life as my laptop was in it as well as many important documents I needed. No compensation for loss of work that resulted or inconvenience has been offered, as is only proper and had it been lost the most one could hope to be reimbursed is a pathetic $1,500, no matter what havoc was caused in one's life.

I am as unimpressed by Air France as I am by the management of CDG. Very shoddy management indeed!

My daughter in law was made to miss her flight due to a racist arrogant security guard and then made to pay extra for next available flight which is 24hrs later! She is on her own and most likely very upset and we can't contact her! Not an airport that respects travellers!!22.2.2014

Left iPad on Flight BE3127, SEAT 1A on 27th December 2013
- J Huxley
(12 Jan 2014 - 15:15)
I left my iPad in the magazine rack onboard a flight from Man to CDG. On our homebound flight I contacted Lost & Found who confirmed they had found my iPad. Due to the constraints of our homebound flight we didn't have enough time to wait for the iPad to reach us at Baggage reclaim so they suggested taking my email address and said "Lost & Found would email me with directions on how to recover my iPad". I have attempted to email Airfrance many times but only get an unreadable email back from them full of encrypted jumbled letters. I have tried ringing Airfrance, Flybe etc but still no luck. I'm going round in circles. I have telephoned lost and found in CDG but still only get an automated message. Dreadful service from Airfrance and Flybe.
Bad Customer Service
- frustrated customer
(3 Jan 2014 - 11:00)
They don't answer the phone, even during business hours. The message is in French with no option to translate to English, so we can't even understand what they are saying in the automatic message. The one time we did manage to get a hold of them, they were not helpful in the slightest. Tried calling the airport customs to see if they could help, but the customer service agent did not speak English, and suggested we call the airport. When I responded that they did not answer when we tried, she did not understand, and continued to tell me to call the airport. When I called another airline that makes connection at this airport, they gave me a number that they had on file for a paging desk. The number was invalid. We will never fly through this airport again.
Camera lost at Customs check CDG Airport
- Russ Powderly, Sydney Australia
(4 Nov 2013 - 08:45)
On 16th October 2013 at approx 12.15am, when passing through customs baggage & personal checkpoint At CDG Airport Paris, I lost my Casio Exilim digital camera with all my trip photos.
On 17th October, I filed a Lost Property claim via the designated email address.
Before my claim could be submitted I had to pay a claim fee of 48GBP via VISA card. I have heard nothing since and follow-ups have been ignored.
How can an Authority of a major European airport take this sum of money just to file a lost property report and take no action to inform the passenger of the success or otherwise, of the claim? What a waste of money!
The lost camera is not important but the photos of the entire European holiday are totally irreplaceable

Lost carry on Bag
- Ron MacDonald
(30 Oct 2013 - 09:45)
I left my carry-on bag on the shuttle bus between CDG Terminal 2G and 2E. I reported it at the next boarding gate, after 5 minutes they informed me that the bag had been located but as I was about to board my onward flight there wasn't time to get the bag to me. I was advised to simply go onto the Air France website and give the details and it would be forwarded on to me.
Now for the sham. I have emailed and filled in forms - I have telephoned to no end without any response - not even an acknowledgement of receiving my emails. I have attempted to send faxes but I'm sure the fax is permanently switched off. Air France are absolutely disgusting - they need to be reported to some aviation authority.
On a different story my outgoing flight with Air France was late, my baggage got lost and didn't show up for 3 days. Nemerous emails, letters and faxres all falling on deaf ears.
Absolutely no more Air France flying for me.
I am a Flying Blue member Air France/KLM. KLM is excellent.
Ron MacDonald
Question: does any one out there know where I can report Air France for the atrocious customer service.

Wallet stolen at Charles de Gaul Airport security gate
- Cameron
(19 Oct 2013 - 12:15)
I was distracted from seeing my tray containing my jacket, belt, pocket contents including my wallet etc by an unusually lengthy metal detection search. When I discovered my wallet missing the security people insisted, foolishly, to put my jacket through the x-ray machine again despite it obviously having nothing in the pockets. They then said there was nothing they could do, became a bit rude, shrugged their shoulders and ignored me. I reported it to the airport police but they too said there was nothing they could do. So beware of leaving your valuables on the security trays. Who can you trust?

Charl de Gol airport is disaster
- US citizen and New York resident
(24 Aug 2013 - 09:00)
I had New York-Minsk flight by Air France through the charl de gol transit which was about 3 hours of my horrible experience to stay at airport. First off, i would like to say to get terminal 2d i was supposed to go all way around using shuttle train and bus which took a while time so be prepared for extra time. Secondly, when i got in there terminal was with no conditioner and overcrowded, the employers are extremely rude, not able to explain and give clear information about your flight and boarding pass and you can be risked to get late to your flight, the English is poor, if you would like to drink some coffee be prepared to have some euros as they do not accept US dollars, to exchange is very diffucult as they have lunch hours, so my final answer to advise everybody please please please when you booking flight make sure there is no transit through the paris airport otherwise you can be troubled, thank you

Do not use CDG airport to change flights EVER!!!!!
- RG
(1 Jun 2013 - 12:15)
Between Air France, which has the largest presence at CDG, and the airport services they made me miss T W O flights in a row because they could not get a wheel chair to move me from one gate to the other !
Whatever the relationships between the Unions the Airport and the major airline at CGD it makes it the WORST airport in a first world, especially if one needs assistance.
The planning of the airport and its peculiar method of passenger transfer requires a wheel chair passenger who needs to make a connection to use at least three changes - from the plane to the sidewalk where one waits (a long time...) for a van, then from the van to the sidewalk where one waits again ( a very long time...) for another wheel chair, that sometimes does not show up at all, and if one is lucky he makes the connection.
To complicate things further there are multiple additional security checks which delay everything even more.
AF employees are invariably 'very sorry for your inconvenience' but extremely ineffectual in providing any help. Is it incompetence, is it a totally screwed up operation system, is it a total disregard for passengers, is it all of the above - I don't know.
I do know, however, that I will NEVER AGAIN travel with Air France and will always avoid CDG aiport for connecting flights.

*STOLEN* phone at CDG Terminal 1 while going through security
- CS
(21 Nov 2012 - 09:15)
BEWARE when going through security at CDG!! I put my phone and watch in a bin for security screening and they were GONE! The watch was later turned in but my phone never did appear. We did not have time to file a police report because we had to board our flight and even though security personnel were concerned, we were given no alternatives as to how to contact the Police in order to file a report. The lost and found department did contact me, but so far no phone has been turned in. I have contacted the customer service department wanting to know what the procedure is to have security tapes reviewed - it won't bring my phone back but will show how the person managed to steal a phone and watch in front of all the security agents AND cameras. I find it very strange that they put some many obstacles to review the tapes...why?? I am the victim but it seems like the "thief's" rights are being protected. Sad to see where this world is going to...
Recovery of lost suitcase only possible if a friend approaches the lost & found office
- Rainer Weinberg
(25 Oct 2012 - 09:15)
I had posted a review on the 3rd of September with regards to the loss of my child's Disney suitcase. I can only say that all my e-mails have been ignored and it is useless to try calling the so called "help"line, you will only get an automated answering machine of the lost&found office telling you to send an e-mail. Anyway, I was lucky enough to find out after a lot of research that my best friend has a very good friend in Paris who was able to approach the lost & found office with the printed copy of my e-mails and guess what... the suitcase was found in less than 20 seconds. It was lying there the whole time but this obvious irresponsible and careless lost & found CDG office couldn't give a damn to reply to any passenger when they find their lost property. SUGGESTION: TRY TO FIND SOMEONE WHO LIVES IN PARIS OR IS TRAVELLING TO PARIS,SEND THEM YOUR AUTOMATED REPLY E-MAIL FROM THE LOST&FOUND AND LET THEM PERSONALLY RECOVER THE LOST PROPERTY. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY!!!!!
3 hour wait for wheelchair at CDG
- H.R. Smith
(21 Oct 2012 - 10:00)
I am 83 and have reduced mobility. Last Sat 13th/Sun 14th I flew overnight from Toronto to Malaga via Paris with Air France. Requested assistance at all airports had been confirmed and excellent wheelchair service was provided at Toronto and again in Malaga. However, at Charles de Gaulle I and three other elderly disabled passengers were forced to wait for over three hours in the arrival hall, no water or toilets within walking distance.??The Air France ground staff at the desk (which is 100 metres from the seating area, why?) were very cooperative and concerned but their frequent telephone requests for wheelchairs produced no results. Every half hour or so we were told assistance would be there in 20 or 30 minutes but no wheelchairs arrived. I and the other passengers all missed our connecting flight to Malaga and had to take a flight some hours later. This change of flight was presumably the cause of my luggage not arriving until the next day.??We had arrived in Paris at 08:10 and at 11:10 we were still in the arrivals hall. As the time for the later flight drew near I believe the Air France ground staff were considering using their own cars to take us somehow to the other terminal. ??Finally, wheelchairs did show up to take us to the later flight, too late to visit the Lounge. The pusher (labelled "Samsic Assistance") told me that the terminal he was taking me to to catch the Malaga flight was not regularly in his area of service. That is no excuse for leaving us in the arrivals hall for more than three hours and causing us to miss our connection.??I had booked this trip with Air France in Premiere Affaires Class because of my age and disability. I was not able to get to the Lounge at all and instead spent over half a day in the public area, mostly in the barren arrivals hall. So someone's computer dropped our names off the list. So the wheelchair control is some distance away. They could have brought the chairs from Germany in less time. If your staffing or equipping is so lean that it takes more than three hours to respond to an unexpected need for assistance you should resign immediately. This is worse than bad service, it is an insult, disgusting, chaos.

Wow! These prior posts are not encouraging... Had an awesome time in Provence. However, I was at CDG last month and yesterday. I cannot tell you how I feel about CDG because it would be censored. Suffice it to say CDG blows EWR out of the water for exemplary incompetence in managing passenger traffic. I have no interest in visiting Paris EVER!

Dreadful lack of customer service -how to provide constructive feedback for service provided???
- C Fitzpatrick
(4 Oct 2012 - 09:15)
On Saturday, September 29th, I arrived at Charles de Gaulle airport with a ticket noting I required wheel chair assistance. At check in, I was asked if I could walk on to the plane. My reply, if a wheelchair gets me to the door of the plane, I have no difficulty walking onto the plane. Getting off the plane in Paris, I was met by a CSR and advised I needed to walk up a long ramp and down two full flights of stairs to reach the accessible shuttle. There was no wheelchair to assist me as I deplaned.

My connecting flight departed six hours after my initial arrival. After waiting for several hours, my husband inquired if he could use a wheelchair to take me to an accessible washroom prior to the second boarding. The clerk at the Air France desk said this was not possible. Feeling very frustrated my husband asked if they would prefer if I used the chair in the airport lobby as my toilet and the woman just laughed. This was not a situation of language miscommunication. The clerk spoke and understood English and my husband gets by with passable French had that been the issue. Unwilling to accept her rude, unhelpful answer, my husband spoke with another clerk, one desk over who said she would have a wheelchair sent to us about 1.5 hours before departure. The wheelchair did not arrive. My husband saw another young woman pushing an empty wheelchair and this woman kindly took me to an accessible washroom.

We had also been advised that lounges would be available throughout the airport. This was important information as lying down between flights would have assisted with my back discomfort. We inquired with those who assisted with my transfer between gates and were either told there was no such thing or this option was only available to first class passengers.

At a minimum the airport should improve it's Customer Service and provide more appropriate wheelchair service to it's visitors. For a world class city the treatment I received was shocking and deplorable. Should I be asked, I would suggest routing that avoids your airport unless major improvements are undertaken.

I have also looked at the airport website and the Contact Us option is not evident. Perhaps if you sought out customer feedback your service could rival the reputation of the wonderful city of Paris.

One very unhappy customer

At this very moment my mother in law who is 83 and suffers from parkingson's has been forgotten in a room in a wheel chair thus missing her connecting flight to Lisbon.
How can this happen? how can these elderly people be treated with such disrespect? She was on flight AF 995 from Johannesburg to Paris and instead of being in Lisbon now with her family, she is stressing and worried in Paris. I hope someone pays for this gross incompetence. Very disappoing. Air France has caused her and us great distress. Esmeralda Freire esmeraldafreire@yahoo.com
Lost Disney carry on suitcase
- Rainer Weinberg
(3 Sep 2012 - 10:45)
My small daughter left back her pink Minnie Mouse carry on roller suite case (hard shell) just after passing the suitcase through the scanners of the security check point of Terminal 2A going to gate A51. I have filled in the online form 5 days ago and have no reply. I tried calling the number advertised here but the automated message tells you to submit through the web so it is impossible to contact anyone. The content of the suitcase has a sentimental meaning as it a lot of her cuddly toys she always takes everywhere since she was a baby. I don't know what to do now, don't know anyone in Paris.

I have been calling lost and found number 01 48 16 18 16 for four days. There has been no answer. I called the other lost and found number twice and someone answered. However, since I lost my item in terminal two they can't help me. They said to keep trying the other number. I was told only one person works there. You would think at some point in the last four days of me calling this number that someone would answer! I have called 15 times today alone! Also, there have been no rep us to my emails. Call information for the email address. The one I was given is, objetstrouvescdg2@adp.fr Unbelievably bad service from the terminal 2 lost and found. I also tried to file a police report before I left cdg. I tried to ask a police officer where to go to do this. He snipped at me and said, "I do not answer questions"! I just wanted a police report to submitt to my insurance company for my claim. As I have now lost some very valuable items. The sad thing is these items may be sitting in lost and found and I will never know! I will now avoid CDG at all costs! I will pay more to fly through another airport if I have to!
