When would you like to stay ?

Please note check in after 19:00 has to be confirmed by the property otherwise your booking cannot be guaranteed.

The property applies additional fees for late check-in:
- EUR 30 from 19:00 to 21:00
- EUR 50 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 100 after 23:00.

The exact address of the apartment will be communicated by email after the booking.

Guests are required to show photo ID upon check-in.

The name on the photo identification needs to be the same on the credit card used for the booking.

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Please note that EUR 800 damages deposit will be pre-authorised 1 day before arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It will be refunded the day of departure if no damage occurred.

Please note the property has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.

Please note that parties, loud music and noise are strictly forbidden.

Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.

Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Private Apartment - Panthéon - Latin Quarter - 019 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
